got my first order and bloody awesome got karens knightmare and choc frappe , but now cant order as zennith is useless and incompetent, had several calls and they want to do over the phone but said NO send me my prescription so i can order, RED FLAGS

is anyone else having dramas getting in touch with zennith to get a order filled as i have been waiting for 3 weeks and had several calls telling me I can order, but nothing is in my account, massive RED FLAGS
