Zenith vs alternaleaf

As anybody body else moved from alternaleaf like me and why?
In my case it was mainly because how hard was to get in touch with them. It was a nightmare just to get them to update my phone number. 6+ calls i had to have with them just to get them to update it and after that they updated it to the wrong number. in the end i just moved to zenith and at least they are much more helpfull

It was a nightmare just to get them to update my phone number. 6+ calls i had to have with them just to get them to update it and after that they updated it to the wrong number. in the end i just moved to zenith and at least they are much more helpfullyeah same here tbh. for me it was pretty much the exact reasons. zero support, always hard to get in touch with someone who could actually help, and there seemed to be problems every few weeks. felt like every small thing turned into a mission.
